Title: Synet Root Registry

synet-root
is the genesis node of the Synet — the base registry and trust anchor for a decentralized, agent-based network.
It is the Field’s memory — a living cryptographic ledger that tracks identity, ownership, and delegation across the network.
The root ensures that all agents and gateways operate within a shared, verifiable reality.
IP Authority: Issues fixed IPv6 addresses to agents.
Subnet Delegator: Assigns /64
pools to trusted gateways.
Verification Source: Signs and validates all identity claims.
Public Trust Anchor: Exposes a public key to allow validation by any node or client.
Network Oracle (future): Holds state for decentralized governance and modular expansions.
The Synet is built on a dual-layer structure:
The Root Layer (this project)
Publicly accessible via HTTPS
Provides a read/write interface to the authoritative registry
Offers cryptographic proofs of IP assignment and delegation
The Mesh Layer
Built from multiple synet-gateway
nodes
Forms a secure WireGuard-based IPv6 mesh
Delegates IP ranges and validates fixed IP claims via the root
The Root knows. The Gateways act. The Agents prove.
Think of synet-root
as:
This project is not just infrastructure. It is a network soul — a state machine backed by real cryptographic discipline and future philosophical flexibility.
When you build for Synet, you are not just writing software — you are reinforcing the structure of digital trust.
The root provides a minimal interface for:
Requesting fixed IPs
Validating agent claims
Viewing current gateway subnet pools
Retrieving the root’s public key for verification
All logic is backed by Prisma + MySQL and cryptographically signed.
The field is live. The root speaks.
Admin pool assignment & revocation
Subnet rotation strategies
IP expiration and recovery
Publicly auditable assignment map
Rootchain mirror for distributed verification
